Enjoy your food, but eat less.
You need to be able to keep your metabolism working throughout the day so that it doesn’t slow down. Eating serveral, small meals a day is better and healthier than eating one big meal a day. Remember: your metabolism needs to be working constantly so that it doesn’t slow down. By your metabolism being up and running, your body lets go of its waste faster and easier.

 

Of course, your plate should be filled with the proper foods to ensure full nutrition.
